Class Committee

The Coastal & Inland Class Committee provides the members of the Class with a forum to consult and advise on Class business subject to the direction of the Board of Directors.  Meetings of the Committee are held twice a year, at which member representatives receive reports and make recommendations to the Board on a wide range of topics. 

The Class Committee also has powers to determine discretionary matters that arise in relation to Class members’ claims under our Rules up to a limit agreed by the Board.
